Common questions

I forgot my password. Write to us from the email address on your account and we will send you a link to set a new one.

How do I add a user? A company administrator adds users under Settings, Users.

How do I cancel? A company administrator writes to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and we can send a full export of the company's data first.

A customer was charged through an EasiBooks pay link. Online payments go to the company's own Stripe account. Questions about a charge go to the company that sent the invoice. Companies can manage refunds and disputes in their Stripe dashboard.
